Centerplace Office Complex is a nonprofit condominium association governed by the the Texas Business Organizations Code, Texas Property Code and Texas Uniform Condominium Act. The complex was originally operating as Centerplace Office Complex LTD, an unincorporated condominium association through December 31, 2024 and then converted to an incorporated condominium association.
Senate Bill 711 of the 2025 legislative session requires all condominium associations with at least 60 units or managed by a management company to maintain an internet website in order to publish its Dedicatory Instruments for the public.
